Hey folks! Sorry about the delay, I'm gonna be more active on here. Anyway, check out this Funk joint by Switzerland's, Sir Ali Bengali. This is only around 5 years old, don't be fooled by the 70's Funk sound, although you're no fool for digging this! He played everything (multi instrumentalist) except the drums, which are funky as hell! Those were played by Andreas Schnyder. This track is along the lines of the New Funk movement, like The Dap Kings, The Haggis Horns, The Mighty Mocambos, etc. Also, check out OurLabel Records for more funky grooves like this here.
